VISTA is a self-reflection and personal growth app that helps users record daily actions, reflect on their future direction, and visualize whether their behavior is aligned with their ideal self.

The App may provide features such as daily reflection prompts, identity alignment scores, future-self messages, behavior analysis, and premium insights.

VISTA is not a medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advisory service. Any content generated by the App, including AI-generated messages or analysis, is provided for self-reflection and informational purposes only.

VISTA can be used without creating a traditional account. The App may create an anonymous user ID in the background to save your records and connect your app usage with subscription status.

If optional sign-in features are added in the future, they may be used for backup, device transfer, or account recovery.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any account credentials you choose to use.

You may enter goals, reflections, actions, notes, and other personal content into the App ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant us the limited right to process, store, and analyze your User Content only as necessary to provide and improve the App's features.

You agree not to enter content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

VISTA may use artificial intelligence to generate reflections, messages, scores, summaries, or other insights based on your inputs.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You should not rely on AI-generated content as professional advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations based on the information provided by the App.

VISTA may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions, including monthly and annual plans.

Premium features may include access to identity sync analysis, future-self messages, behavior trend analysis, excuse pattern analysis, and extended history review.

Subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Prices, billing periods, taxes, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase and may vary by country or region.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

We do not directly process payment card information.

Some features of VISTA may be available for free. Other features may require an active premium subscription.

We may change, add, limit, or remove free or paid features from time to time, provided that such changes do not materially reduce features already purchased for an active subscription period without appropriate notice where required by law.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that may harm the service, other users, or us.

You may stop using the App at any time.
